Employers/Managers are invited to nominate a person in their organization to be considered for a Rotary Club of Hamilton Pride of Workmanship Award.  Please nominate the person of your choice, with reasons for the nomination, on the attached form.

Candidates for the award are people who constantly “go the extra mile” in their daily work for customers, colleagues and/or the company, and they do it cheerfully.  Nominees will be short-listed to four persons, each of whom will receive a plaque that will be presented at a Rotary meeting and dinner.

It is intended that the awards will be presented at the meeting and dinner to be held on the 15th November 2011 at 6.15pm at the Royal Queensland Golf Club, Curtain Avenue, Eagle Farm.  The Pride of Workmanship awardees will be invited to attend free of charge.

Conditions of entry are as follows:

• Entries must reach the Club Secretary by Monday 1st of November 2011

• The Judging Panel’s decision will be final

• Nominating Employers are required to pay for their own dinner and for any other guests that they invite to the meeting (for example, their nominee’s partner/family and/or co-workers).  The cost for the dinner will be $25 per person.
